There is a plethora of pictures to validate these trends. Think everything above-the-knee paired with a bottom that is on the shorter side. These tights can almost appear as over the knee boots or high sock stockings. They can look like garters, which is funky to pair with a simple solid mini dress! And to those of us on the more petite side, they can even help elongate our legs! Also, the second picture is a sneak peek straight from the runway of the new invention of "fold-over high boots". Look closely and see that the only part of the toe that is seen is the very tip and the rest is hovered over by a leather overlay.
